Rhawnhurst Animal Hospital has been caring for pets in Northeast Philadelphia since 1977. Dr. Denish purchased the practice in 1995, and Elkins Park Veterinary Hospital and boarding kennel in 1997. Dr. Denish shares his special interests in exotic animal medicine and surgery by providing compassionate care to pocket pets; birds; and exotics, including reptiles; as well as to cats and dogs. Dr. Katz joined the practice in 2000. With a specialty in endocrine diseases and dermatology, as well as a focus on client education, Dr. Katz ensures you will leave our office with a clear understanding of what your pet needs to be healthy and happy.
